Engineered for maximum sanitation and resource efficiency, the Aomite 360° Rotary Spray Ball is a premium CIP (Clean-In-Place) component for brewery, beverage, and pharmaceutical vessels.
Featuring a secure Bolted Pin End for fast, tool-minimal installation, this rotating nozzle delivers completely dead-angle-free coverage with a maximum cleaning diameter of 3.3 to 13.9 ft (1 to 6 meters). Manufactured from mirror-polished 304 or 316L stainless steel, it utilizes a self-cleaning and self-lubricating hydrodynamic design that rotates using the cleaning fluid itself. Operating highly effectively at low pressures (1.5 - 2.5 Bar / 22 - 36 PSI), it significantly reduces water and chemical consumption. Available in standard 1", 1.5", and 2" sizes, we support bulk wholesale pricing for global equipment integrators.

Hydrodynamic Self-Lubrication
Unlike mechanical nozzles that use standard ball bearings (which can wear out or contaminate the product), this sanitary spray ball uses a thin film of the CIP cleaning fluid (water or chemical solution) itself to lubricate the internal rotating shaft. This "self-cleaning and self-lubricating" design ensures a much longer service life and perfectly meets completely hygienic requirements for the food and beverage industry.
