Depressurize the Line: Ensure the pipeline is completely drained and depressurized.
Loosen the Bolts: Remove three of the four main body bolts holding the valve together.
Swing the Body: Slightly loosen the fourth bolt and swing the center valve body out of the pipeline.
Replace Seats: Easily extract and replace the worn PTFE seats or clean the internal ball, then swing it back and re-tighten the bolts without disturbing the tri-clamp connections.
