Designed for automated, ultra-hygienic fluid processing, the Aomite Pneumatic 3-Piece Sanitary Ball Valve provides fast, reliable flow control for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food & beverage industries.
A standout feature of this valve is its fully encapsulated (cavity-filled) PTFE/TFM1600 seating. This 'non-retaining' design eliminates internal voids around the ball where fluid and bacteria typically pool, ensuring 100% CIP cleanability. Paired with a high-performance aluminum pneumatic actuator (available in Single or Double Acting configurations), it delivers precise 90-degree rotary operation under pressures up to 10 Bar. The 3-piece forged 316L stainless steel body allows for easy inline maintenance without disturbing the tri-clamp pipeline connections. We support bulk OEM wholesale with comprehensive actuator sizing (AT50-AT115).

Cavity Filled (Fully Encapsulated) PTFE Seat
In a standard ball valve, there is an empty void (cavity) between the ball and the valve body where fluid can become trapped and spoil, creating a breeding ground for bacteria. Our cavity-filled design uses specially molded PTFE to completely fill this void. This "all-inclusive" non-retaining structure ensures that product flows smoothly through the valve without stagnation, making it an essential requirement for strict hygienic processing in pharma and dairy lines.
Check the Valve Size: Larger ball valves require more turning torque. Refer to our dimension chart (e.g., a 1" valve typically pairs with an AT50 actuator, while a 2" pairs with an AT75).
Verify Air Supply Pressure: Our standard actuator sizing assumes a factory compressed air supply of 5 to 6 Bar. If your air pressure is lower, you may need to upsize the actuator.
Select Operating Mode: Determine if you need "Double Acting" (air to open, air to close) or "Single Acting" (spring return fail-safe). Single acting actuators usually require a larger size (e.g., AT88 instead of AT63) for the same valve size due to the spring resistance.
