Protect your valuable sanitary vessels from dangerous overpressure and vacuum collapse with the Aomite Sanitary Tank Breather Valve.
Also known as a Pressure Vacuum Relief Valve (PVRV) or Exhaust Valve, this crucial safety component is engineered specifically for the food, dairy, beverage, and brewing industries. Crafted from highly polished SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, it automatically vents excess gas during tank filling and breaks vacuum formation during rapid draining or CIP cooling. Featuring robust EPDM or FPM seals, it withstands high-temperature sterilization up to 120°C. With adjustable pressure settings and standard Tri-Clamp, Weld, or Threaded connections (1 1/2" to 2"), we offer direct factory wholesale for global equipment integrators.

Pressure Relief (Exhale)
When a tank is being rapidly filled with liquid, or when fermentation generates excess CO2, the internal pressure rises. The valve automatically opens to vent (exhale) this gas, preventing the stainless steel tank from bulging or exploding.
Vacuum Relief (Inhale)
When a tank is drained quickly, or when a hot CIP (Clean-In-Place) wash suddenly cools down, a dangerous vacuum is created inside. The valve instantly opens to draw in ambient air (inhale), effectively breaking the vacuum and preventing the expensive tank from imploding or collapsing inward like a crushed can.
High-Temperature Resistance: Yes, the Aomite breather valve is rated for a maximum working temperature of 120°C (248°F).
Premium Seals: This is achieved by utilizing high-grade EPDM or FPM (Viton) seals, which maintain their elasticity and sealing integrity even during continuous hot water or steam sterilization cycles.
Sanitary Design: The fully polished internal structure ensures that no cleaning chemicals or product residue get trapped within the breathing mechanism.
