Continuous Process Monitoring
In many industrial applications—such as boiling wort in a brewery, mixing viscous cosmetics, or reacting hot chemicals—splashes and steam condensation will quickly blind a standard sight glass. An integrated manual wiper allows the operator to rotate a handle and squeegee the inside of the tempered glass perfectly clean, restoring 100% visibility without needing to depressurize, drain, or halt the manufacturing process.
Sanitary Design: No. The shaft of the manual wiper passes through the center of the sight glass but is sealed using highly durable, food-grade O-rings (typically PTFE or Silicone).
Leak-Proof: This dynamic sealing technology ensures that even under tank pressure, no fluid can escape through the wiper shaft.
Easy Maintenance: The entire wiper assembly and tempered glass can be easily dismantled during routine maintenance for thorough cleaning and seal replacement.
