Engineered for commercial breweries and industrial fermentation systems, the Aomite Tri-Clamp Spunding Valve (Bunging Valve) provides highly accurate, adjustable pressure relief and carbonation control.
Featuring an integrated, vertical diaphragm pressure gauge, this 304/316L stainless steel assembly allows brewmasters to visually monitor and fine-tune tank pressure from 0.2 to 2.2 Bar with absolute precision. The sanitary tri-clamp connection ensures easy integration into existing CIP setups and brite tanks. As a direct China manufacturing facility, we offer robust construction, consistent calibration, and competitive wholesale pricing for brewery equipment integrators.

Vertical Diaphragm Gauge Advantage
Unlike standard bourdon tube gauges which can allow beer or wort to enter the gauge mechanism (causing contamination and failure), a sanitary diaphragm gauge uses a flush stainless steel membrane. This isolates the sensitive gauge internals from the fermentation media, ensuring the valve remains 100% cleanable (CIP compatible) while providing highly accurate, real-time pressure tracking.
Install the Valve: Secure the tri-clamp connection to the gas port of your fermenter.
Adjust the Spring Tension: Rotate the top adjustment knob to compress the internal spring. The engraved scale on the stem provides a baseline setting.
Fine-Tune with Gauge: As the tank builds pressure, monitor the vertical diaphragm gauge. Once the gauge reaches your exact desired pressure (e.g., 1.5 Bar), slightly turn the top knob until the valve just begins to hiss and vent the excess CO2.
Lock in Place: The valve is now set to maintain that exact pressure for natural carbonation.
