Optimize your Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes and ensure 100% vessel hygiene with the Aomite Rotary Spray Cleaning Ball (Tank Washer).
Designed to effectively clean storage tanks, bioreactors, and fermenters, this dynamic rotating nozzle is a vastly superior alternative to traditional fixed spray balls. Powered purely by the reaction force of the cleaning fluid, it utilizes high-precision double ball bearings within the rotating head to ensure smooth, continuous 360-degree coverage even at a low working pressure of 1-3 bar. Capable of withstanding harsh ambient temperatures up to 140°C, it delivers a powerful cleaning radius of 2 meters. Forged from SS304 or SS316L with a mirror polish, we offer customizable ball sizes (32mm, 53mm, 64mm) and multiple connections (Clamp, Female BSP Thread, Weld) to suit your exact tank specifications.

Friction Reduction & Reliability
In a CIP system, the spray head rotates thousands of times per minute driven only by fluid pressure. Standard rotary balls without bearings can easily jam or seize up due to friction, leaving parts of the tank unwashed. By incorporating double ball bearings, our cleaning ball ensures ultra-low rotation resistance, meaning it will spin reliably and continuously even when the fluid pressure drops as low as 1 Bar, ensuring zero blind spots in your tank.
Wetting Radius (up to 3m): This is the maximum distance the water droplets can reach just to make the tank walls wet. It is useful for simple rinsing or chemical soaking, but the water impact lacks mechanical scrubbing power at this distance.
Effective Cleaning Radius (up to 2m): This is the crucial distance where the water jets still maintain enough kinetic energy (impact force) to physically scrub and dislodge sticky residues, yeast, or heavy soils from the stainless steel tank walls.
