Ensure the safe, stable, and vibration-free operation of your critical sanitary pipelines with the Aomite Base-Mount Sanitary Pipe Bracket.
Widely used in the chemical, food and beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries, this rigid pipe support is engineered for versatile installation. It features a heavy-duty SS304 circular base plate with pre-drilled holes, allowing it to be securely bolted directly to floors, walls, or ceilings. The top clamping section consists of two precision-formed semicircular stainless steel sheets secured by hex bolts, firmly locking the pipe in place while specialized red damping inserts absorb system vibrations. Available in 1-inch to 3-inch sizes with standard standoff heights of 50mm or 100mm, we provide economical and highly durable routing solutions for global plant constructors.

Vibration Damping & Protection
The red silicone/elastomer inserts act as a crucial vibration dampener. When high-pressure fluid or pump surges travel through the pipeline, these inserts absorb the kinetic energy, preventing the rigid stainless steel pipe from rattling against the steel clamp. This drastically reduces system noise and prevents metal fatigue or scratching on the exterior of your polished sanitary tubes.
Base-Mount (This Product): Features a circular flange with pre-drilled holes. It is secured using masonry anchors or bolts. This is ideal when running pipes along concrete walls, ceilings, or existing structural beams where welding is not permitted, unsafe, or impossible. It allows for future relocation.
Weld-On Holder: Features a plain steel stem without a base. It must be permanently TIG-welded to a stainless steel frame or skid. It is cheaper but completely permanent.
