Establish secure, leak-proof transitions in your hygienic piping systems with the Aomite SS304 NPT Male Pipe Nipple.
Unlike inferior carbon steel fittings that are prone to rust, our thread connectors are forged exclusively from premium, food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, making them perfectly safe for food, beverage, and clean water applications. Available in both Single Thread (one end threaded, one end for butt-welding) and Double Thread (both ends threaded) configurations, they feature precision-cut NPT taper threads for a tight mechanical seal. With standard sizes ranging from 1/2" to 4", we provide robust and durable pipe extensions and connections for global engineering projects.

Double Thread Connector (Barrel/Close Nipple)
This fitting has NPT male threads on both ends. It is used to connect two female-threaded fittings or valves together over a short distance.
Single Thread Connector (Weld Nipple)
This fitting has an NPT male thread on one end and a plain, unthreaded beveled tube on the other end. The threaded end screws into a valve, while the plain end is designed to be permanently butt-welded into a stainless steel pipeline.
Corrosion Resistance: Carbon steel will rapidly oxidize (rust) when exposed to moisture, water, or acidic food products, contaminating the entire fluid line. SS304 contains chromium, which forms a passive layer that completely prevents rust.
Sanitary Compliance: Food-grade standards require materials that do not leach metals or alter the taste/color of the product. SS304 is the globally recognized minimum standard for sanitary fluid handling.
