Designed to maximize the efficiency and purity of spirit distillation, the Aomite Tubular Distillation Condenser (Dephlegmator) is an essential heat exchanger for professional distillation towers.
Utilizing a highly efficient shell-and-tube design, it rapidly cools and condenses alcohol vapors during the production of Whiskey, Vodka, Gin, Tequila, and Brandy. Accommodating systems with capacities from 10L up to 2000L, this condenser reliably processes 45-55 L/H. To meet the diverse flavor profiling needs of master distillers, we offer this unit in premium SUS304/316L stainless steel for ultimate durability, or in high-grade Red Copper for superior sulfur reduction. As a direct manufacturer, we provide OEM customization and a 3-year warranty on our fabricated structural components.

SUS304 / SUS316L Stainless Steel
Highly durable, incredibly easy to clean, and extremely cost-effective. It is perfect for modern distilleries looking to produce very clean, neutral spirits (like Vodka) where material reaction is not desired.
Red Copper
Copper is the traditional standard for Whiskey, Brandy, and Gin. It has a natural chemical property that binds with and removes foul-tasting sulfur compounds (sulfides) from the alcohol vapor during condensation, resulting in a significantly smoother and better-tasting spirit.
Partial Condensation: A dephlegmator (or reflux condenser) sits at the top of a distillation column. It selectively cools the rising vapors, condensing heavier water and tail compounds while allowing lighter, purer alcohol vapors to pass through.
Reflux Generation: The condensed liquid falls back down the column (reflux), effectively re-distilling the spirit multiple times in a single pass to increase ABV (Alcohol By Volume) and purity.
