Engineered for precise pressure management in European-standard brewing systems, the Aomite DIN Union Spunding Valve guarantees accurate carbonation and reliable overpressure protection for commercial fermenters.
Unlike standard clamped valves, this model features a robust DIN 11851 Union (threaded nut) connection for exceptionally secure integration into your existing sanitary pipework. Crafted from premium 304 stainless steel, it comes fully assembled with an in-line sanitary diaphragm pressure gauge. This allows brewmasters to visually monitor and fine-tune blow-off settings from 0 to 35 psi (0 - 2.5 BAR). The transparent polycarbonate cup can act as a liquid airlock, ensuring oxygen-free, clean, and safe fermentation environments. Available in sizes from 1 inch to 2 inches for bulk OEM supply.

| Connection Method | Secured via a threaded slotted nut and a C-spanner wrench. | Secured via a hinged clamp and a wingnut. |
| Pressure Handling | Extremely robust. The threaded nut provides superior resistance to accidental bumps or high-pressure spikes without loosening. | Excellent for quick tear-downs, but the clamp hinge can be slightly more vulnerable to physical impact. |
| Regional Standard | Standard in European (German) brewing and dairy equipment. | Standard in North American and general global sanitary systems. |
Sanitary Diaphragm Design
A standard bourdon-tube gauge has a hollow tube inside that can allow sticky yeast or beer foam to enter, causing bacterial contamination that is impossible to clean. Our sanitary diaphragm gauge uses a flush stainless-steel membrane to isolate the gauge internals from the fermentation gas. This ensures the valve remains 100% CIP-cleanable while delivering highly accurate pressure readings up to 2.5 Bar.
