Designed for precise pressure management in commercial brewery fermenters and brite tanks, the Aomite Tri-Clamp Spunding Valve (also known as a Bunging Valve) ensures safe and accurate carbonation control.
Crafted from premium 304 or 316L stainless steel, it features an in-line diaphragm pressure gauge scaled in both PSI (0-35) and Bar (0.2-2.2) for highly accurate blow-off settings under pressure. Available in 1", 1.25", and 1.5" tri-clamp connections, this hygienic valve is fully assembled and ready for installation. As a direct China manufacturer, we support wholesale bulk orders and OEM calibration for brewing equipment integrators.

Spunding Valve (Bunging Valve)
An adjustable pressure relief valve attached to a fermenter or brite tank. It allows brewers to naturally carbonate beer by trapping fermentation CO2 at a highly specific, user-set pressure (e.g., 1.5 Bar), while safely venting any excess gas to prevent tank rupture.
Attach to Tank: Secure the 1.5" tri-clamp connection to the fermenter's gas port.
Monitor Gauge: Check the current internal pressure on the in-line diaphragm gauge.
Adjust the Knob: Rotate the top adjustment mechanism to compress or release the internal spring until the desired blow-off pressure (e.g., 2.0 Bar) is reached.
Lock in Place: Ensure the setting is locked so the valve consistently vents only when pressure exceeds your exact set point.
