Prevent air-locks and pipeline implosions in compact systems with the Aomite Mini Air Release & Vacuum Relief Valve.
Engineered for small-scale sanitary pipelines, pump housings, and mini tanks, this highly compact, dual-function mechanical valve provides essential two-way protection. First, it acts as an air release valve (exhausting internal pressure when it exceeds the standard 1 Bar setpoint). Second, it automatically functions as a vacuum breaker (instantly opening to let ambient air in when the system drops to a vacuum of -0.9 Bar). Precision-machined from SS304 or SS316L stainless steel with resilient EPDM/FPM seals, it features standard male threads (such as 1/8" NPT/BSP) for quick, secure installation via its hexagonal wrench-friendly body. Max working temperature: 120°C.

1. Air Release (Overpressure Protection)
When the pipeline is filling with liquid, or when gas accumulates at high points, the internal pressure rises. Once it exceeds the factory setpoint (e.g., 1 Bar), the internal mechanism lifts, exhausting the trapped air to prevent air-locks and pump cavitation.
2. Vacuum Release (Implosion Protection)
When a pipe is draining rapidly or a pump shuts down, it can create a dangerous vacuum that might collapse thin-walled pipes. When the pressure drops to -0.9 Bar, the valve automatically sucks ambient air into the system, neutralizing the vacuum.
No Measuring Function: This device is strictly a mechanical protection valve. It does not measure flow rate, volume, or act as a water meter in any capacity.
Application: It is designed to be installed at the highest points of fluid pipelines or on top of centrifugal pump housings to manage trapped air and vacuum conditions safely.
