Provide highly responsive, compact overpressure protection for your steam generators and brewing equipment with the Aomite Mini Adjustable Pressure Relief Valve.
Driven by a purely mechanical SS304 spring (no hydraulics or electronics required), this miniature safety valve is built for precision and durability. Featuring standard 1/4" or 1/2" NPT male threads, it easily integrates into tight pipeline spaces. Operators can effortlessly calibrate the exact relief pressure (standard 0-3.5 Bar, customizable up to 15 Bar) by simply rotating the top locking nut. In the event of an emergency or during routine maintenance, the integrated stainless steel draw ring allows you to quickly pull up and manually exhaust pressure from the system. Sealed with an industrial-grade EPDM seat for guaranteed leak-proof performance.

Manual Quick Exhaust
Under normal conditions, the valve operates automatically, venting gas only when the internal pressure overcomes the spring tension. However, the stainless steel draw ring provides a manual override. If an operator needs to instantly depressurize a boiler or tank for maintenance, or test if the valve is stuck, they can simply pull up on the ring. This manually lifts the valve stem off the EPDM seat, exhausting the pressure immediately.
Unlock: First, loosen the locking nut at the top of the valve body.
Rotate to Calibrate: Rotate the top adjusting nut clockwise (right) to compress the internal SS304 spring, which increases the pressure required to open the valve. Rotate it counter-clockwise (left) to decompress the spring, lowering the relief pressure limit.
Lock in Place: Once the desired pressure is verified with a gauge, tighten the locking nut to secure the setting.
