Safeguard your compact vessels and steam generators with the Aomite Mini Threaded Pressure Relief Valve.
Engineered for highly reliable over-pressure protection in tight spaces, this stainless steel 304/316L safety valve is a staple for the brewery, dairy, and small boiler industries. Available in precise 1/4" and 1/2" NPT male threaded connections for quick pipeline integration.
What sets this mini valve apart is its exceptional user control. The pressure threshold is fully adjustable (standard 0 to 3.5 Bar) simply by rotating the top cap and securing it with the built-in locking nut. Additionally, it is equipped with a heavy-duty manual pull ring. In the event of an emergency or during routine maintenance, operators can simply pull the ring upward to rapidly exhaust system pressure, bypassing the spring mechanism instantly.

Loosen the Lock Nut: Use a wrench to loosen the hexagonal locking nut located just below the top rotating cap.
Rotate the Cap: Rotate the top cap left or right. Twisting it downwards compresses the internal spring (increasing the relief pressure limit). Twisting it upwards decompresses the spring (lowering the pressure limit).
Secure the Setting: Once you have calibrated the valve to your desired pressure (e.g., 3 Bar), tighten the lock nut back against the top cap to ensure machine vibrations do not alter your setting.
Manual Rapid Exhaust
The pull ring is a critical safety and maintenance feature. While the valve will open automatically if the system exceeds the set pressure, an operator can physically pull this ring upward at any time. This manually lifts the internal seal against the spring tension, instantly bleeding off steam, gas, or fluid pressure from the system for emergency depressurization or routine testing.
