Achieve absolute sterility and zero-dead-leg flow control in your critical pipelines with the Aomite Sanitary Manual Diaphragm Valve.
Specifically engineered to meet the rigorous sterilization demands of the pharmaceutical, bioprocessing, and beer brewing industries, this valve completely isolates the fluid from the valve's mechanical components. The core of this exceptional performance lies in its imported two-piece composite seal: a highly resilient EPDM backing combined with a fluid-contacting PTFE (Teflon) face. This perfect combination delivers outstanding cold resistance (-25°C), extreme heat resistance (up to +250°C for SIP processes), and unmatched fluid-abrasion resistance to harsh chemical agents. Operated by a durable, ergonomic manual handwheel and equipped with standard Tri-Clamp ends for rapid installation.

Zero Dead Legs & Total Isolation
In a standard butterfly or ball valve, the fluid physically washes over the turning shaft, which can create microscopic crevices (dead legs) where bacteria can hide and survive CIP cleaning. In a Diaphragm Valve, the flexible PTFE diaphragm completely seals off the upper mechanical chamber from the lower fluid pathway. The fluid only ever touches the smooth, polished stainless steel body and the PTFE diaphragm itself, ensuring 100% sterility and zero contamination.
Chemical & Heat Resistance (PTFE): The side facing the fluid is made of PTFE (Teflon). It offers ultimate resistance to harsh CIP chemicals, acidic beverages, and extreme SIP steam temperatures (up to 250°C).
Mechanical Resilience (EPDM): PTFE alone is somewhat stiff. By backing it with a high-quality EPDM rubber layer, the diaphragm gains excellent elasticity and mechanical memory. This ensures a perfectly tight seal every time the manual handwheel is closed, drastically extending the lifespan of the valve.
