Why do I need a Sight Glass "with Light" for my fermenter?

• Overcoming Internal Darkness

• Standard sight glasses rely on external ambient room light, which often merely reflects off the surface of the glass, making it impossible to see deep into a large stainless steel tank. Our illuminated sight glass features an integrated light unit that directs a focused beam directly through the glass and into the fluid. This allows brewers and chemists to accurately check the color, clarity, and biological activity (like yeast swirling) of the product without risking contamination by opening the lid.

What is the advantage of a "Union Type" Sight Glass?

1. Rapid Maintenance: A Union connection uses a large, slotted threaded nut (DIN standard) to hold the glass and seals in place. Unlike flanged sight glasses that require a wrench to remove multiple bolts, a union nut can be quickly unscrewed using a C-spanner.

2. Easy Cleaning & Glass Replacement: This quick-access design allows operators to easily remove the glass disc for manual cleaning, seal replacement, or quick swapping of the light fixture without dismantling the welded base from the tank.

For small testing orders, we accept Paypal, Western Union, T/T and Credit Card.

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Basically, we will select shipment ways based on four factors (order quantity, delivery time, costs and customs policy), then listcouples of reasonable options with Pros and Cons to customers,
