Achieve precise, automated fluid control in your processing facility with the Aomite Sanitary Pneumatic Butterfly Valve.
Engineered specifically for high-efficiency dairy, brewery, and beverage pipelines, this advanced shut-off valve is driven by a robust pneumatic actuator. The actuator efficiently converts the axial movement of an internal piston into a swift 90-degree rotation of the valve shaft, ensuring instantaneous opening and closing. To seamlessly integrate with your plant's PLC system, the actuator is available in three standard configurations: Normally Open (NO), Normally Closed (NC), and Double Acting Air-to-Air (AA). Forged from premium SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, it comes with Tri-Clamp, Welded, or Threaded connection options in sizes ranging from DN15 to DN200 (1" to 4").

Normally Closed (NC)
The valve is held in the closed position by an internal spring. It requires compressed air to open. This acts as a fail-safe: if the facility loses power or air pressure, the valve automatically shuts off the fluid flow.
Normally Open (NO)
The valve is held open by spring force and requires compressed air to close. This is used in critical cooling or pressure-relief lines that must remain open during a system failure.
Air-to-Air / Double Acting (AA)
There is no internal spring. It requires compressed air to both open and close the valve. This provides maximum torque in both directions but lacks an automatic fail-safe state.
Automation & Speed: Pneumatic valves are wired into a central PLC system. They can open or close instantaneously (under 1 second) with absolute precision, making them essential for high-speed automated milk filling and pasteurization routing.
CIP Integration: During Clean-In-Place (CIP) cycles, dozens of valves need to be pulsed open and closed in a specific sequence. Pneumatic actuation completely eliminates the need for human operators to manually turn handles on hot pipelines.
