Achieve reliable, hygienic flow control in your pipelines with the Aomite Sanitary Manual Butterfly Valve.
Designed for frequent, heavy-duty operation in the food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries, this valve is operated via a robust stainless steel multi-position pull handle, allowing operators to lock the flow at precise increments. The wetted components are forged from premium SS304 or SS316L and CNC-machined to an ultra-smooth internal surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.8μm, guaranteeing zero bacterial entrapment. Equipped with standard Tri-Clamp ends for rapid installation and CIP cleaning, we offer highly customizable sealing options including EPDM, Silicone, and Viton to handle extreme media temperatures up to +230°C.

| VITON (FPM) | -30°C to +230°C | Extreme heat, oils, and strong acidic chemicals |
EPDM (-20°C to +135°C)
The industry standard for most food and beverage applications. It has excellent resistance to hot water, steam, and mild alkaline CIP cleaning solutions.
SILICONE (-50°C to +180°C)
Extremely pure and capable of handling much higher temperatures than EPDM. It is ideal for high-temperature Sterilization-In-Place (SIP) processes and pharmaceutical lines, though it is less resistant to strong abrasive chemicals.
VITON / FPM (-30°C to +230°C)
The heavy-duty choice. Viton handles extreme temperatures up to 230°C and is highly resistant to aggressive chemicals, oils, and solvents, making it perfect for cosmetic and fine chemical extraction pipelines.
Heavy-Duty Leverage: A pull handle consists of a solid stainless steel shaft with a ball knob. It provides excellent leverage, making it much easier for an operator to open or close large-diameter valves (3" to 6") against high fluid pressure.
Multi-Position Locking: By pulling the handle outward, the operator can turn the valve disc and lock it into multiple specific notched positions (e.g., 25%, 50%, 75% open). This allows for basic manual flow throttling, unlike a simple open/close trigger handle.
