Achieve ultimate flow automation and permanent hygienic integration with the Aomite Sanitary Pneumatic Welded Butterfly Valve.
Designed for continuous, high-cycle operation in demanding food processing, dairy, and brewery environments, this premium valve features plain butt-weld ends. Once orbitally welded into your pipeline, it creates a 100% seamless, zero-dead-leg connection that out-performs clamped joints in vibration resistance. The system is powered by a heavy-duty, fully enclosed Stainless Steel Pneumatic Actuator. Unlike standard aluminum heads, this stainless housing easily withstands aggressive external chemical washdowns without pitting or corroding. Equipped with FDA-compliant food-grade seals (available in EPDM, Silicone, or Viton) to ensure totally leak-proof shut-off under various pressure conditions.

Vibration Immunity & Permanent Hygiene
Pneumatic actuators snap valves open and closed with significant force, which can create micro-vibrations in the pipeline. Over time, these vibrations can cause Tri-Clamp connections to loosen, leading to leaks. A butt-welded connection fuses the valve permanently to the pipe. This eliminates the need for external clamp gaskets (which can degrade) and ensures a 100% rigid, vibration-proof, and zero-dead-leg system, which is mandatory for critical pharmaceutical and continuous dairy lines.
EPDM (Standard): Highly resistant to hot water, steam, and alkaline CIP cleaning fluids. It is the most common FDA-approved sanitary seal.
Silicone (VMQ): Excellent for extremely low or high temperatures, but less resistant to strong acids.
Viton (FPM): Used for aggressive chemical lines and high-heat applications. Note: Professional sanitary valves use these specific engineered elastomers, not generic "edible rubbers".
