Prevent dangerous fluid backflow and safeguard your critical pumps with the Aomite Sanitary Male Threaded Check Valve.
Also known as a Non-Return Valve (NRV), this flow-driven mechanical valve relies on an internal spring-loaded disc to allow fluid to pass in only one direction, instantly snapping shut when pressure equalizes or drops. Designed specifically to integrate with European standard piping systems, this model features precision-machined Male Threaded ends (DIN, SMS, RJT, or IDF standards available). A major advantage of this valve is its two-piece forged SS304/316L body, joined by a heavy-duty mid-body clamp. This allows operators to quickly unclamp and split the valve body for internal CIP inspection or seal replacement without needing to unscrew the main pipeline connections.

In-Line Maintenance & Easy Inspection
If a check valve had a solid, single-piece threaded body, you would have to use large wrenches to completely uninstall the entire valve from your pipeline just to clean it or replace a worn EPDM seal. By incorporating a mid-body Tri-Clamp, the valve is split into two halves. You simply leave the threaded ends firmly attached to your pipes, remove the single middle clamp, and the core mechanism of the valve drops right out for instant cleaning and maintenance.
Not Universal: Sanitary threads are governed by different regional standards. The most common are DIN 11851 (round thread, popular in Europe) and SMS 1145 (square thread).
Specify When Ordering: You must specify which standard your factory uses (DIN, SMS, RJT, or IDF) so we can machine the male threads to perfectly match your existing female union nuts.
