Achieve flawless Clean-In-Place (CIP) sanitation for your storage and fermentation tanks with the Aomite Sanitary Fixed Cleaning Ball.
Engineered for the rigorous hygiene standards of the brewery, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, this static spray head delivers a powerful, high-velocity wash to the interior walls of your vessels. Featuring precisely machined 2.5mm spray apertures, it provides comprehensive 360° (or directional 180°) coverage. Operating efficiently at a standard 2 Bar pressure, it generates a robust cleaning radius of up to 2.0 meters, ensuring that heavy soils and residues are rapidly flushed away without any moving parts to break down. Forged from premium SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, it is available with secure pin-clip or welded connections.

Fixed Cleaning Ball (This Product)
A stationary sphere with drilled holes (usually 2.5mm). It relies entirely on the volume and velocity of the CIP fluid to drench the tank walls. It has absolutely zero moving parts, making it 100% reliable and maintenance-free. It is ideal for standard rinsing and sanitizing of liquids that do not bake onto the walls.
Rotary Cleaning Ball
Uses the fluid pressure to physically rotate a slotted head. This creates a high-impact, fan-shaped jet that physically scrubs the tank walls. It is necessary for large tanks or for removing heavy, sticky, or baked-on soils (like thick yeast rings in breweries), but involves moving bearings that require occasional maintenance.
Check the Cleaning Radius: Look at our technical data. If your tank has a 3-meter diameter, you need a cleaning ball with at least a 1.5-meter cleaning radius at 2 Bar pressure to ensure the fluid reaches the walls with sufficient force.
Check the Pump Flow Rate (Fluxation): A fixed spray ball requires a massive amount of fluid to work properly. For example, our 2.5-inch fixed ball requires 38 m³/h of flow. Ensure your CIP supply pump is powerful enough to deliver this volume at 2 Bar, otherwise, the spray will just trickle down the ball.
