Achieve complete 360-degree visual monitoring of your fluid processes with the Aomite Sanitary Tubular Sight Glass.
Installed inline within your piping systems, this cylindrical observation window is essential for the food, dairy, brewery, and pharmaceutical industries. It allows operators to continuously monitor flow rate, color, clarity, and reaction conditions to ensure process integrity. Built for absolute safety, the unit utilizes a high-strength Borosilicate glass tube secured between two forged stainless steel flanges via four robust external tie-rods. This tie-rod architecture not only absorbs pipeline stress but also provides a protective cage against accidental impacts. Sealed seamlessly with FDA 177.2600 compliant VMQ (Silicone) gaskets to guarantee zero contamination.

Thermal Shock Resistance for CIP/SIP
In sanitary processing, pipelines undergo drastic temperature changes during Clean-In-Place (CIP) or Sterilization-In-Place (SIP) procedures (e.g., flushing with hot steam followed by cold water). Standard tempered glass expands and contracts significantly and can easily shatter under this thermal shock. High Borosilicate glass has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion, making it highly resistant to cracking during rapid temperature fluctuations, ensuring maximum operator safety.
Compression Sealing: The threaded tie-rods allow technicians to evenly torque the upper and lower flanges together, perfectly compressing the FDA silicone gaskets against the glass cylinder without cracking it.
Stress Isolation: They absorb mechanical bending stresses and vibrations from the pipeline, transferring the load through the steel rods rather than through the fragile glass tube.
