Extract sterile fluid samples quickly and safely from your hygienic pipelines with the Aomite Mini Tri-Clamp Sanitary Sampling Valve.
Engineered for high-frequency usage in breweries, dairies, and laboratory environments, this valve features a precise 1/2" Mini Tri-Clamp connection (with a standard Flange Outer Diameter of 25.4mm). This allows for rapid, tool-free installation and removal for deep cleaning. The knurled top knob provides technicians with excellent tactile grip to micro-adjust the fluid flow. The outlet is precision-machined into a stepped hose barb, enabling you to securely attach silicone tubing for splash-free sample collection directly into testing equipment. Forged entirely from food-grade SS304 stainless steel.

Standard Tri-Clamp (1" to 1.5")
A standard 1-inch or 1.5-inch sanitary fitting shares the same flange Outer Diameter (OD) of 50.5mm. They use the standard size clamps and gaskets.
Mini Tri-Clamp (1/2" to 3/4") - This Product
Smaller pipelines (like 1/2" or 3/4" tubes) use a "Mini" Tri-Clamp connection. The flange Outer Diameter (OD) for these is exactly 25.4mm. You must ensure your tank or pipe ferrule also has an OD of 25.4mm to use this sampling valve, as it requires a specific mini clamp and mini gasket.
Safe Tubing Attachment: When opening a valve on a pressurized fermenter, liquid can spray forcefully. The ribbed hose barb allows you to firmly push a piece of flexible silicone tubing onto the outlet.
Splash Prevention: The ribs grip the inside of the tube securely. You can then direct the other end of the tube straight into a hydrometer test jar or vial, preventing sticky beer or hot liquids from splashing onto the floor or the operator.
