Secure your critical piping systems and completely eliminate the risk of fluid backflow with the Aomite High-Pressure Check Valve (NRV).
Also known as a Non-Return Valve, this purely mechanical, flow-driven device is an essential safeguard for brewery CO2 injection lines, high-pressure steam systems, and sanitary instrumentation panels. Unlike standard check valves, this robust unit is precision-machined from hexagonal SS304/SS316L stainless steel bar stock and officially rated for extremely high-pressure applications up to PN63 (approx. 63 Bar / 900 PSI). Featuring a highly responsive internal spring-and-seal mechanism, it operates flawlessly across temperatures ranging from -10°C to 140°C. Available in 1/4" and 1/2" male thread/compression ends for ultra-secure, leak-proof installations.

NRV (Non-Return Valve)
NRV is the engineering acronym for a Non-Return Valve, which is the same as a Check Valve. It is a one-way valve that allows fluids (gases or liquids) to flow through it in only one direction. If the downstream pressure exceeds the upstream pressure, the internal mechanism instantly shuts, completely blocking any reverse flow (backflow) and protecting sensitive upstream pumps or gas supplies.
High-Pressure Capability (PN63): Tri-clamp connections are typically rated for 10 Bar (150 PSI). This hexagonal check valve uses robust threaded or double-ferrule compression connections, allowing it to safely handle extreme pressures up to PN63 (over 900 PSI), making it mandatory for CO2 gas cylinders and steam lines.
Wrench Installation: The hexagonal body design allows engineers to use standard wrenches to torque the valve tightly onto instrumentation panels or rigid metal tubing systems without welding.
