Ensure permanent, 100% sterile fluid isolation in your critical pharmaceutical and bioprocessing pipelines with the Aomite High-Temperature Welded Manual Diaphragm Valve.
Unlike clamped fittings that require rubber gaskets, this premium valve features plain, machined butt-weld ends. When orbitally welded into your system, it creates a completely seamless, leak-proof, and permanent pipeline with zero dead legs. Engineered to withstand the extreme thermal shocks of Sterilization-In-Place (SIP) and pure steam applications, it features a high-performance PTFE+EPDM composite diaphragm. Rated for a maximum working pressure of 10 Bar, the ergonomic manual handwheel provides precise flow throttling while completely isolating the valve's mechanical components from your sensitive media.

Permanent Zero-Leak Integrity
While Tri-Clamp connections are incredibly convenient for frequent disassembly, they rely on rubber gaskets that can degrade over time, creating microscopic crevices where bacteria can breed. A Butt-Weld connection permanently fuses the valve body to the pipeline. Once orbitally welded and internally polished, the transition is 100% seamless. This is the mandatory standard for critical pharmaceutical Water-For-Injection (WFI) systems where absolute sterility and zero maintenance leaks are required.
PTFE Composite Diaphragm: Standard EPDM or Silicone diaphragms can become brittle or degrade when repeatedly exposed to 130°C+ pure steam during SIP cycles. This valve utilizes a composite diaphragm with a pure PTFE (Teflon) shield facing the fluid. PTFE is chemically inert and handles extreme thermal shock without deforming.
Forged Body Mass: The heavy-duty forged SS316L body absorbs and dissipates extreme heat effectively, ensuring the valve maintains its 10 Bar pressure rating even at elevated sterilization temperatures.
