Ensure unidirectional fluid flow and protect your critical pumps from backflow damage with the Aomite Sanitary Tri-Clamp Check Valve.
Also known as a Non-Return Valve (NRV), this highly responsive mechanical device operates purely on fluid pressure. When the upstream pressure exceeds the spring tension and downstream pressure, the internal valve disc opens to allow smooth flow. The moment flow stops or pressure equalizes, the spring instantly pushes the disc closed, completely preventing reverse flow and fluid accidents. Designed specifically for the dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, this valve features a two-piece forged SS304/316L body held together by a heavy-duty mid-body clamp. This allows operators to quickly dismantle the valve for CIP cleaning or seal replacement without removing the main pipe connections.

The Quick-Dismantle Two-Piece Design
Standard check valves often have a fully welded or threaded body, making internal inspection very difficult. This Aomite check valve utilizes a two-piece body held together by a heavy-duty mid-body clamp. If a solid particle gets stuck inside, or if the internal EPDM seal needs replacing, an operator can simply loosen this central clamp to split the valve in half, access the internal spring and disc, clean it, and reassemble it in minutes.
Vertical Installation: Yes, it is highly recommended. When installed vertically with the fluid flowing upwards, gravity works together with the internal spring to ensure an incredibly fast and tight seal the moment the pump shuts off.
Horizontal Installation: It can also be installed horizontally, as the internal spring provides sufficient tension to close the valve disc even without the assistance of gravity.
