Safely and accurately extract fluid samples from your pressurized tanks and pipelines with the Aomite Sanitary Sampling Cock Valve.
Designed specifically for strict hygienic environments in the brewery, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries, this valve allows for highly repeatable micro-sampling without the risk of secondary pollution. It features an ergonomic top handwheel that smoothly actuates a high-performance PTFE-sealed shaft. The outlet is designed as a convenient hose adapter (barb), allowing operators to easily attach tubing for direct, splash-free sample collection into testing vials. Built to withstand up to 10 Bar of pressure and temperatures up to 120°C, the valve is fully compatible with steam or alcohol disinfection protocols. Available with Tri-Clamp, Threaded (BSP/NPT), or Butt-Weld end connections to seamlessly match your system.

Opening the Valve (Clockwise)
Twisting the top handwheel in a clockwise direction mechanically raises the internal valve shaft and the PTFE seal off the seat. This opens the fluid pathway, allowing the sample to flow out of the barbed hose adapter.
Closing the Valve (Anti-Clockwise)
Twisting the handwheel anti-clockwise drives the shaft and PTFE seal downwards until it sits perfectly flush with the inner wall of the tank or pipe, creating a zero-dead-leg seal and instantly stopping the flow.
Bottom Installation: Yes. It is frequently assembled at the lowest point of a fermenter or pipeline. Its flush-sealing PTFE design ensures that when closed, no product remains trapped inside the valve body.
Draining Capability: Because of this design, in addition to taking small samples, it can also be used as a sanitary drain valve to completely evacuate (drain away) residual fluids and sediment from the tank.
